AI lab that
improves health.

A hybrid research lab and innovation engine. We train people in health AI, then channel their skills into projects spanning fundamental science to applied engineering.

Learn with us.
Build with us.

Our two-step model is simple: first we train you with health AI skills, then work in our innovation lab & contribute to real projects.

01

Learn

the skills to build health AI.

Everyone starts here. We offer structured programs that teach you how to develop AI for healthcare — from foundational concepts to hands-on engineering. Complete the curriculum, and you earn the skills to contribute to real lab projects.

02

Build

real projects in the lab.

After training, you join the lab and contribute to projects tackling real problems in healthcare. You choose one of two tracks based on where you want to make an impact: Science if you want to explore fundamental questions, or Engineering if you want to build systems for clinical use.

1Learn with us

Master the skills to
build health AI.

Learn by doing. Complete content tailored to your experience level, then become eligible to join our lab and contribute to the Science or Engineering tracks, where you work on real projects.

2Build with us

Join the lab to
innovate with us.

After completing a learning path, you may be eligible to join a lab project organized around real problems in healthcare. Depending on your skillset, you can contribute to Science or Engineering.

Where deep science
drives innovation.

Explore fundamental questions about intelligence in biological systems and how AI can advance our understanding of health and disease.

Bio-Inspired AI

Building intelligence inspired by biology

We draw from neuroscience and biological systems to create more robust, efficient, and interpretable AI architectures. Our research explores how principles from neural computation — including attention mechanisms, hierarchical processing, and continual learning — can advance machine intelligence for healthcare applications.

Key Initiatives

Neural Architecture Search for Medical AI

Designing brain-inspired architectures that improve diagnostic accuracy while maintaining clinical interpretability.

Biological Attention Mechanisms

Implementing attention systems inspired by visual cortex processing for medical image analysis and pattern recognition.

Continual Learning for Clinical Systems

Developing AI that adapts to new medical knowledge without catastrophic forgetting, inspired by hippocampal memory consolidation.
